A booking fee of ₤25 per cat must be sent with this
form.
This will be deducted from your boarding fee.

Please phone for provisional booking first, then return
the booking form with the booking fee 2 Months
before your booking to confirm. Failure to do this and
your booking will be cancelled.

If you cancel your booking you will lose the
booking fee.
·
We regret, that unless we recieve 2 weeks written notice of your pets
boarding cancellation we must charge for the
full cost of his/her stay.
·
Your cat must be in good health and fit for boarding
before
being accepted and we reserve the right to ask a
veterinary surgeon to attend if necessary at the owners
expense.
·
Cats must be inoculated against feline enteritis and flu.
Inoculation
certificates for both, issued in the last 12
months,
must be shown everytime on the day of boarding.
The
initial vaccination injection must not be less than 14
days,
and booster injection not less than 3 days, prior to
boarding. In the interest of health and hygiene, no cat
will
be accepted without vaccination certificates.

All reasonable care and attention will be given to each
individual cat(s) that is boarded with us. We reserve the
right to consult a vet at the owner’s expense if needed.
There will be a charge of ₤15 if your cat(s) is taken to the
vet.

Un-neutered toms (over 6 months old) cannot be accepted
Please
ensure you transport your cat(s) in a secure
carrier
·
Prices are charged at per night with collection before
12:00pm,(mid day) or another night will be
charged.
·
There is a minimum fee equivalent to 3 days boarding
rising
to 7 days boarding at Christmas/New Year/Easter
and Bank holidays. and through JULY AND AUGUST.
Please
bring a bed(s) or bedding for your cat(s)

Bowls are not required, but should you wish to bring
water or dry food bowls please make sure they are
plastic. Also, if you bring own food for your cat please
make sure it is provided in plastic containers.
·
Your cat(s) must be wormed and treated for fleas before
boarding with Convivial Cats.
·
If someone other than the owner is collecting the cat/s,
then
a letter of authorization needs to be left with your
booking form
·
We only except cheque or cash and accounts must be
settled on the day of boarding
·
Please remove your cats collar prior to boarding
Please
bring your cat(s) in HALF AN HOUR before we close, this will enable us time to go throught the paper work with you and give
you time to settle them in
Please note, once we have received your booking form your booking is confirmed. We do not send out
additional confirmation.
