1. What vaccinations does my pet need?
In order to stay with us, your cat needs to be vaccinated
against Flu & Enteritis. You must show proof of up-to-date vaccination upon arrival (via vaccination card/certificate).
2. What food will my cat get?
must be provided by the owner for the duration of your cats stay
3. Do you offer grooming?
We do not offer a particular grooming service. However, if you bring a brush/comb, we can
give your cat a brush over (time permitting).
4. Are the buildings heated?
Each run has its own heat lamp which is operated on a thermostat basis. The 'target'
temperature can be adjusted to suit the weather conditions and needs of the cat, etc.
5. When can I drop off and pick up my cat/s?
We ask that you
please arrive at least half an hour before we close, as this then allows us to go through the paperwork and for you to take
time to settle your cat/s in.
Our opening times are as follows:
9am - 12noon and 4pm - 5pm
(during May to October = Summer)
9.30am to 11am only
(during November to April = Winter)
9am - 12noon only (during May to October = Summer)
to 11am only (during November to April = Winter)
note we are CLOSED Saturday evenings, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Summer time, you must collect your cat/s before 12noon otherwise you will be charged another nights stay.
In Winter time, you must collect your cat/s before 11am, otherwise you will be charged another nights stay.
