We are closed to our customers Sundays and all Bank Holidays.
Please note: TO ARRIVE AT LEAST HALF AN HOUR BEFORE WE CLOSE to allow us
time to go through the paper work with you, and for you to settle your cat in.

Cancellations:
We regret that unless we recieve 2 weeks
written notice of your pets boarding cancellation we must charge for the full cost of his/her intended stay.
